We want you to love your Maya Brenner jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place your jewelry in its original Maya Brenner branded box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local Royal Mail office or designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
